Data center services
Cyscom provides data center and hosting services by world class partners that include Hewlett Packard, T-Systems and others. Providers can choose to either utilize a shared environment via an existing partner or request Cyscom to install on their own data center.

Application marketplace
The Marketplace is a sales front-end that is configurable and can be branded and designed to suit the partner’s marketing needs. It includes a catalog for users to search for vendor apps + services, view marketing material, demos, pricing, reviews, ratings. It includes tariff management for a provider to bundle and cross-sell applications and services.

Publishing apps
ISVs and developers subscribing to the Application Development platform can build and publish an application the marketplace for customers to subscribe to. With tariff, pricing and content-marketing management, publishers need only 1 click to deploy their apps on the marketplace (subject to provider acceptance). Sales reports are provided to each publisher to track how their apps are performing.

Provisioning
At the heart of the utility services is the ability to automatically deploy application sites, license and bill a customer order based on configurable parameters (e.g. pricing based on the number of users, individual apps, tariff period and more). Customers can select to mash up apps on a single site or have each app deployed on a single stand alone site.

Utility services administration
All customer sites (free trial users, subscribe sites) and ISV applications are managed via a web console for an administrator to publish, suspend, delete sites. Additional automatic site database backups are scheduled with roll-back and restore of any site in case of an exception.

Customer account management
Online account management displays all necessary information for custoomers to view their contract details, purchase history, site usage statistics and payments. Additionally, enables users to perform their own upgrades (if subscribed to the development edition site) and place new orders.

CRM and support Help Desk
Selling-supporting on-premises solutions and selling-supporting SaaS are not the same. Even though there are lots of similarities, the SaaS sales and support processes need to be dramatically faster and cheaper - otherwise, profits begin to disappear quickly.

Providers can issue charges for existing services plus SaaS on 1 single bill. Existing accounts can be integrated with the utility services account management to allow for single sign on.
